WHO WE ARE
Luce Line Brewing Co. was started by a group of friends and neighbors who loved beer and wanted to create a great place go enjoy it. After many months of coming together to forge this interest into a reality, we finally opened our doors on November 18, 2020. During the second Covid shutdown, just three days later, we survived because our local community supported us – with no knowledge of our brand, no story and no idea if our beer was any good…yet.
We have more gratitude for all of you than you could ever possibly know, and we wouldn’t be here without you.
From day one our commitment to uncompromising craftsmanship and innovation began with the quality of our beer and seltzers, emanating out into our taproom, staff and everything we do. Our brewers strive to produce forward-thinking beers alongside classic styles, to remain relevant while meeting the community’s interests.
We are located right off of the Luce Line Trail in Plymouth and for those of you who are new to us, it’s pronounced “loose” Line Brewing. As our community continues to grow, we invite you to “Get Luce” and share your passions with us over a pint. Try one of our flagship brews (Foggy Bottom Hazy IPA, Ecstatic Static West Coast IPA or our Piedmont Pilsner) one of our rotational, or experimental beers. Our beer names and stories are inextricably linked to our relationship with the Luce Line Trail and railroad, bringing us together through a love of biking, beer, and things uniquely Minnesotan. Our logo is also an ode to that railroad: two electric “Lazy L’s” split through the middle by the tracks.
Our wish is that the taproom reflects our customers’ interests and passions. So, whether you come for beer club, to play games with friends, or to hang out on the patio with your kids and your dogs, welcome home. We hope that Luce Line Brewing continues to represent a place you love and that it builds your sense of community with us here.
