WHO WE ARE

Luce Line Brewing Co. was founded by a group of friends and neighbors who loved beer and wanted to create a place to enjoy it together. We opened our doors on November 18, 2020, just three days before the second COVID shutdown, and only made it through thanks to the support of our local community.

From day one, we’ve been dedicated to crafting high-quality beers and seltzers, blending innovation with tradition to reflect the evolving tastes of our guests. Located just off the Luce Line Trail in Plymouth (pronounced “loose”), our name, logo, and beer stories are deeply rooted in Minnesota’s biking culture and railroad history. Whether you’re here for a flagship IPA, a new experimental brew, or just a good time with friends, kids, or dogs, we hope you feel at home. Luce Line Brewing is more than a taproom, it’s a reflection of you, our community.

What Else is on the Luce Line?

It is not surprising that we are located at the trail head of the Luce Line Trail, but are you aware of what else is just a bike ride or run away? The trail stretches 63 miles and there is a ton of fun things to do and see along the way.
