Foggy Bottom is our award winning flagship IPA. Brewed with Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops, it has some light bitterness with notes of stone fruit and subtle blueberry. We ferment the beer with English Ale yeast to add subtle citrus and vanilla notes. The final beer is slightly sweet with minimal bitterness. You will taste a ton of hop flavor and aromatics consisting of stone fruit, subtle pine, blueberry, tropical fruit and other citrus notes. WINNER of 2nd Place in the New England IPAs category during the 2021 MN Brewers Cup Awards.
Ecstatic Static West Coast IPA

Ecstatic Static is now part of our core lineup! This West Coast IPA features a lean malt bill of 95% Pilsner malt, malted wheat, and dextrose for a clean, dry finish. Hopped with Simcoe, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito, and dry-hopped with Citra and Strata, it delivers bright peach, orange, and melon flavors with a dank aroma. Hoppy yet moderately bitter, it’s a bold, modern take on a classic style.
Après Ski Spruce Tip Ale
Pale ale with spruce tips | 5.75%
A dry, moderately bitter, slightly malt-forward pale ale brewed with Chinook and Cascade hops and finished with real spruce tips. Bright notes of grapefruit, pine, orange, and lemon lead the way, with the spruce adding citrusy depth rather than “Christmas tree” flavor.

A soft, creamy hazy IPA bursting with pineapple, melon, citrus, and passionfruit, brewed with Mosaic, Vista, and New Zealand Nectaron hops. Named in honor of Frederick McKinley Jones, the pioneering inventor whose work in mobile refrigeration helped change how the world eats, travels, and stays cool.
Golden Hour Chai Cream Ale

This smoothie sour is has a bright, clean acidity that results in a thick, tart and sweet beer. It has strawberry, blueberry and raspberry in your face flavors with hints of subtle vanilla and cinnamon. Triple Berry Cobbler is a smoothie sour in our WTF (Way Too Fruity) series.
