Foggy Bottom is our award winning flagship IPA. Brewed with Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops, it has some light bitterness with notes of stone fruit and subtle blueberry. We ferment the beer with English Ale yeast to add subtle citrus and vanilla notes. The final beer is slightly sweet with minimal bitterness. You will taste a ton of hop flavor and aromatics consisting of stone fruit, subtle pine, blueberry, tropical fruit and other citrus notes. WINNER of 2nd Place in the New England IPAs category during the 2021 MN Brewers Cup Awards.
Digital Twin
Hazy Double IPA | 8.0%
Digital Twin is a juicy, hazy double IPA brewed with Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. Built on a soft, protein-rich malt base, it's loaded with Citra pellets and Incognito for bold peach and citrus notes. Finished with a double dry hop, it bursts with ripe peach, apricot, passionfruit, and white grape. Sweet, smooth, and intensely juicy.
Ecstatic Static West Coast IPA
West Coast IPA | 7.4%
Ecstatic Static is now part of our core lineup! This West Coast IPA features a lean malt bill of 95% Pilsner malt, malted wheat, and dextrose for a clean, dry finish. Hopped with Simcoe, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito, and dry-hopped with Citra and Strata, it delivers bright peach, orange, and melon flavors with a dank aroma. Hoppy yet moderately bitter, it’s a bold, modern take on a classic style.

Gold Dust

Gold Dust is a new hazy IPA hopped exclusively with Citra hops to give it a peach forward hop base. It was then dry hopped with Mosaic, El Dorado and more Citra hops to create a big, fruit forward beer with minimal bitterness. You will taste notes of ripe peach, berry, tropical fruit and stone fruit.
Ain’t No Love In The Jungle

Ain’t No Love In The Jungle is a soft, hazy IPA bursting with juicy notes of stone fruit, pear, orange, and mango. Brewed with Pilsner, oat, and dextrin malts and dry-hopped with El Dorado, Amarillo, and Azacca for a fruit-forward finish with subtle citrus and vanilla.
Peach Beach
Blonde Ale | 5.3%
Peach Beach Blonde Ale is our go-to summer seasonal—light, crisp, and fruit-forward. Brewed with Pilsner, wheat, and Vienna malts, and gently hopped with Grungeist for subtle peachy, herbal notes. Steeped with peach-flavored black tea and fermented with Kölsch yeast, it finishes with overripe peach, candied fruit, and a soft malt backbone.
Guac Is Extra
Mexican Lager | 4.75%
A crisp Mexican lager brewed with lime and pink sea salt. Made with Barke Pilsner, Vienna malt, and flaked corn for a light, clean body. Lightly hopped and cold-lagered for ultimate crushability. Finished with key lime puree and sea salt—like adding a lime to a bottle of Corona, but better.
Dos Lobos
Vienna LAger | 6.3%
Dos Lobos is a Vienna-style lager with a rich amber color and a smooth, malt-forward profile. Brewed with Vienna, dark Munich, and black Carafa malts, it offers notes of honey, toasted bread, and subtle caramel. German Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops add a light floral touch. Cold-fermented and lagered for eight weeks, it’s crisp, clean, and highly drinkable with a dry finish.
The Acclimator
Oak Aged Doppelbock | 7%
The Acclimator is a German style doppelbock conditioned on lightly toasted French oak spirals. Overall this beer is a great winter beer with notes of caramel, toasted bread, toffee and subtle chocolate with some complexity from the oak. It’s sweet but still finished dry enough to be drinkable.
Zwickel Bier
Unfiltered German Pils | 4.75%
Zwickel Bier is a young, unfiltered German Pilsner brewed with 100% German Pilsner malt and classic hops. Inspired by fresh-from-the-tank tradition, it’s lightly hazy, soft on the palate, and bursting with notes of lemon, bread, subtle pear, and spice. Rustic, clean, and naturally carbonated—just like the old days.
Are You Afraid of the Dark?
Coffee Stout | 6.75%
This brand new coffee stout was conditioned on 15 pounds of whole bean coffee from Kinder Coffee Lab in Saint Cloud. The resulting beer is chocolate forward with a hint of roast and coffee without any astringent notes. We also added a touch of lactose (milk sugar) in there as well to really soften up the mouthfeel.
River Road Red
Amber Ale | 5.75%
River Road Red is a lightly hopped Amber Ale brewed with a blend of European malts and American hops. It's a malt forward beer with notes of honey, biscuit subtle chocolate and rye spice with moderate bitterness with hop notes consisting of grapefruit, orange, and subtle pine. This batch has a nice moderate bitterness along with some subtle orange and floral hop aromatics.
Electric Owl
Sour | 5.2%
Electric Owl is a tart and juicy sour that zips with guava, blackberry, and a kiss of vanilla. Brewed with wheat, oats, and a touch of lactose for a smoothie-soft feel, then finished on Ugandan vanilla beans for extra flair. It’s bright, pinkish-red, and tastes like a tropical dessert with a zingy twist.
MN Ice
Kolsch | 4.8%
It's light, it's nuanced, it's supremely drinkable. Minnesota Ice is our nod to the beloved German Kolsch. Brewed with all German ingredients and fermented much colder than any of our other ales .Minnesota Ice is light and balanced with subtle notes of pear, apple, and crisp crackery grain. You'll want one...then you'll want a second...then maybe even a third. It's here for you.
Maibock
Maibock | 6.5%
Our award-winning Maibock is a lager brewed to welcome in the spring season! In German “Mai” means “May” and these lagers were brewed to be a transitional beer during the short Bavarian spring. It would be too cold to be outside in the garden but too bright to stay inside. Our Maibock is brewed with German grown Pilsner malt, and Munich and Carahell malts. It’s hopped with Spalter Select hops which give it a light bitterness and nice floral hop character. This beer is clean and crisp with a slightly biscuity and subtle malty and floral character. WINNER of 2nd Place Best in Show and 1st Place in the German and International Pale Lagers category during the 2025 MN Brewers Cup Awards.
