Come join CrossFit Sisu for a fun and FREE outdoor workout! No equipment (yoga mat or towel for comfort) or experience required as we will be doing bodyweight strength and cardio movements. Come ready to grind out a fun and sweaty workout!

A fun and relaxing Sunday morning yoga class presented by Live True Yoga Studio. All participants 21+ will receive a token for a free beer, though all ages are welcome to attend! The class starts every Sunday at 11:15 AM and ends at Noon. Depending on the weather, the class may be held indoors or out. Please bring your own yoga mat. We hope you can join us!

This ticket includes 1 yoga strength class and 1 beer token for June 27th. This ticket is non-refundable after 8 AM Sunday morning.
