At Luce Line Brewing Co., everything we do is rooted in craft, community, and connection. We started with beer—brewed with intention, served with warmth—and built a place where people love to gather.

Now, we’re bringing that same spirit to the Luce Line Café, a full-service coffee shop right inside the brewery, open Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. We carefully selected beans that brew into the rich, balanced flavors we believe in—offering light and dark roasts, decaf, espresso drinks, and refreshing iced coffee. Our team is trained to prepare every drink with precision, using equipment chosen to consistently deliver the quality our guests expect.

To make your mornings even better, we’re serving a delicious brunch menu featuring golden Belgian waffles in both sweet and savory varieties—like our Chicken & Waffles with sriracha hot honey, Savory Waffle with bacon and caramelized onions, or Strawberry Waffle topped with ice cream. You can also keep it classic with Traditional Waffles and real Vermont maple syrup. And if you’re craving something heartier, our Breakfast Pizza—loaded with eggs, sausage, bacon, and melty cheese—is a crowd favorite.
