    Lunar Eclipse is a straight up, no frills, stout. The malt bill is made up of 2 row malt, dark Munich malt, medium caramel malt, chocolate malt, and roasted malt. The resulting beer is a dark, chocolate and caramel forward stout with subtle roast coffee and bitterness. If a stout is your style, you are going to fall in love with this one!

  • Take A Hike

    Hazy Pale Ale   |   6.0%

    Take A Hike is a new soft juicy pale ale with notes of grapefruit, citrus and passionfruit, all with a subtle bitterness. We used Simcoe, Amarillo and Australian Galaxy hops along with an English Ale Yeast, which leaves behind some residual sweetness. The perfect beer to end the summer and ring in fall out on our beautiful patio!

  • Home Turf

    Thiolized West Coast IPA    |   6.8%

    Home Turf is a West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with Hackamore Brewing in Chanhassen. Flavors from thiols are typically tropical with notes of grapefruit, white grape, and passionfruit. Layer the thiolized yeast with the El Dorado and HBC 586 hops and you get a clean, dry beer with big notes of tropical grapefruit, melon, stone fruit, lychee, and other citrus notes, along with a moderately bitter finish.

  • Buckshot

    Buckshot English Mild is a dark, English style pub ale brewed entirely with English ingredients, including English grown East Kent Golding hops to add a subtle bitterness with very faint floral notes. The final product is a malt forward ale with notes of biscuit, caramel, toffee, and chocolate.

    Midwest Oceans is a cream ale made up of Pilsner and Vienna malts, with Crystal hops to create a light and clean bodied beer. The final product is a crisp, easy drinking beer with subtle notes of honey, biscuit, corn flakes, and a very light bitterness!

    On the tail end of spring break, we present the newest installment in our WTF (Way Too Fruity) series, Miami Vice! What’s a Miami Vice? Inspired by the world renowned cocktail, we made this sour beer with cream of coconut and obscene amounts of strawberry, pineapple, and lime puree. Expect a ridiculously thick, fruit forward, tropical experience that brings you right back to MTV Spring Break, 1998.

  • Rec League Legend w/ Lime

    Do blondes really have more fun? Taste our new Rec League Legend with the addition of lime and find out! You will find notes of grapefruit and tropical fruit with a crackery malt finish. This beer was brewed to be very light and approachable, good for anyone who wants something bright but not too big, blonde and bold.

  • Foggy Bottom

    Hazy IPA   |   6.8%

    Foggy Bottom is our house IPA. Brewed with Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops, it has some light bitterness with notes of stone fruit and subtle blueberry. We ferment the beer with English Ale yeast to add subtle citrus and vanilla notes. The final beer is slightly sweet with minimal bitterness. You will taste a ton of hop flavor and aromatics consisting of stone fruit, subtle pine, blueberry, tropical fruit and other citrus notes.

  • Ecstatic Static West Coast IPA

    West Coast IPA    |   7.5%

    Ecstatic Static is brewed with Simcoe, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito and Strata hops, creating a west coast IPA that is clear, dry, with moderate bitterness, a very clean malt flavor but with a big, fruit forward hop expression consisting of orange, peach, melon, and subtle dankness. Enjoy this modern take our our West Coast IPA while it lasts!

  • Schnapsidee Oktoberfest

    Marzen Style Lager   |   5.7%

    Schnapsidee is brewed with German Perle (subtle mint and pine) and German grown Tettnang (herbal, floral); creating a smooth, rich, amber lager with notes of baked bread, honey, toast, and subtle caramel. It’s the perfect lager to help ring in the end of summer. What does Schnapsidee mean?!?! “Hold my beer as I go do something I probably wouldn’t had I not been drinking this beer.”

  • Mojito Strike Seltzer

    This Gluten Friendly seltzer is dry, bright, and drinkable with notes of lime and mint. This is meant to check the boxes for people that are looking for White Claw or Truly. We did not use any real fruit in this batch, just flavoring to mimic a mojito. Perfect for anytime you crave something refreshing!

  • Greens Fee

    West Coast Pilsner   |   5.9%

    Greens Fee is a West Coast Pilsner that is hopped in the kettle like a German Pilsner with German grown Hallertau Blanc hops and is fermented with our house lager yeast before it receives a large dry hop consisting solely of New Zealand grown Nelson Sauvin hops. Expect a clean, crisp, hop forward beer with notes of white grape, gooseberry, passionfruit and key lime.

  • Money Trees

    IPA- Imperial/Double New England /Hazy   |   8%

    Money Trees is a hazy Double IPA brewed with El Dorado, El Dorado Cryo, Citra, and Strata hops that creates a sticky juice bomb with notes of candied melon, strawberry, peach and mango.

  • Peach Beach

    Blonde Ale   |   5.3%

    Peach Beach, our blonde ale brewed with peach tea is back for the summer! We brew this beer with a simple malt bill consisting of pilsner malt, malted wheat, and a touch of Vienna malt and hop it with Grungeist hops for subtle notes of peach and passion fruit before turning the beer into a giant batch of tea by steeping 8 pounds of Stash Southern Peach tea leaves in the beer. It's light and fruit forward, with notes of ripe, juicy peach, passionfruit and melon.
