We brew this beer with a simple malt bill consisting of pilsner malt, malted wheat, and a touch of Vienna malt and hop it with Grungeist hops for subtle notes of peach and passion fruit before turning the beer into a giant batch of tea by steeping 8 pounds of Stash Southern Peach tea leaves in the beer. It’s light and fruit-forward, with notes of ripe, juicy peach, passionfruit, and melon.
