Barrel Aged Beer Release
Winter Solstice is the first barrel aged beer we’ve ever released. We started with an imperial stout that was brewed with three types of rye then we aged it for nearly 20 months in Old Elk Rye Whiskey barrels before conditioning the beer on vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea.
10.5% ABV
Each bottle is $25 or you can get our holiday package- one bottle and two teku glasses for $35.
