THURSDAY BEER HIGHLIGHT – KEY LIME PIE ON A STICK
Stop in and try our ode to the MN State Fair…the first in what will become a yearly series to this great MN tradition!
This tart, lime forward sour beer is fermented with Columbus hops. We added approximately 100 pounds of Key Lime Puree then conditioned it on Ugandan Vanilla Beans and a touch of cinnamon. Enjoy it on our patio or in the taproom!
