LOON ISLAND COCONUT STOUT
Brewed with Columbus hops and 75 pounds of toasted
and untoasted coconut flakes. The malt bill consists of
a pronounced English base malt along with a blend of
chocolate, roasted, and caramel malts to create a beer
that is black in color and has notes of baker’s chocolate
and caramel with a slight roast. At 5.6% ABV, it’s rich
enough for people who want something dark but is also
light enough to justify brewing it in the summer.
