Introducing: “Neon Moon”- an Imperial Stout brewed with hand smoked candied maple pecans. Â For this beer, we created a rich decadent stout that comes in at 10.2% ABV. Once fermentation was complete, we hand-smoked pecans over hickory wood before they were candied in maple syrup from Anderson’s Maple in Wisconsin. Â Expect rich dark chocolate along with subtle maple and pecan flavors. The 750mL bottles make an excellent gift- and with the high ABV, can be aged for additional flavor profiles.
