We understand and happily accommodate as our sauces and entrees are made by scratch. Even 95% of our Chinese entrees can be made gluten-friendly (and taste amazing)! In the small space of the food truck we only have one fryer, so it is a shared fryer. There can be allergen cross-contamination from the fryer.
