Hana Bistro serves delicious Chinese, Japanese, and other Asian dishes made with the freshest ingredients. Got food allergies or preferences? We understand and happily accommodate as our sauces and entrees are made by scratch. Even 95% of our Chinese entrees can be made gluten-friendly (and taste amazing)! In the small space of the food truck we only have one fryer, so it is a shared fryer. There can be allergen cross-contamination from the fryer.
