This west coast IPA is the newest entry in our line of clear and bold IPAs. West Coast IPA has a clean malt profile and is fermented to dryness which plays well alongside the firm but pleasant bitterness. The beer is generously hopped with Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin hops which provide a smooth bitterness with intense aromatics consisting of earthy pine, gooseberry, and papaya.
