Citra Joy Ride is a West Coast IPA that is brewed using some new products and brewing techniques. Like all West Coast IPAs should be, Citra Joy Ride is clear, dry and has a moderate bitterness. We hopped the beer completely throughout the process with different Citra hop products. By using these different Citra derived products, we get a much more complex Citra hop flavor with notes of overripe peach, peach rings, apricot, and mango.
