This unfiltered West Coast IPA falls somewhere between a traditional West Coast IPA in the fact that is dry, has a moderate bitterness, and is fermented with everyone's best friend, Chico Ale Yeast, but it also is hazy in appearance, has a soft mouthfeel and blasted with a large late hop addition to create an intensely juicy and new world hop flavor. Hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Michigan Chinook, Aurora True IPA is full of ripe pineapple, passionfruit, gooseberry and subtle pine resin.
