Have you ever witnessed full-grown adults racing on glorified big wheels for the sake of a friend and a worthy cause? Well, now’s your chance—not just to see it, but to be a part of it! On May 3rd, Luce Line Brewing is bringing you the ultimate team trike race charity event, where the thrill of the race meets the joy of doing good.
On Saturday May 3rd from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, we’ll be partnering with the family and friends of Eric in support of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). It’s a chance to put your competitive spirit to the test while raising funds to fight blood cancer. Whether you’re signing up a team to race for glory or showing up to cheer on the fearless contestants, this is an event you won’t want to miss!
Imagine this: a group of determined (and possibly slightly wobbly) adults speeding down the track on colorful trikes, laughing, cheering, and racing for a cause that’s bigger than all of us. It’s a blend of competition, camaraderie, and community spirit that only comes from moments like these.
And the best part? Every pedal stroke, every laugh, every cheer is making a real difference. Proceeds from the event will go directly to LLS to help fund vital research and patient support for those battling blood cancers.

Don’t miss out—this is the kind of event that creates memories, builds connections, and most importantly, helps save lives. Entry fee for this event is $100 per team of four (only one person will sign up for the entire team). Participant restrictions include 250 lb weight limit and 18 years or older. Races begin at 1:00 pm in the back parking lot, closest to the Luce Line Trail. 100% of proceeds will go directly to LLS (both entry fee and donations)! The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society supports critical research in advancing groundbreaking treatments and potential cures for blood cancers. This race is dedicated to Eric Gilseth who fought ferociously to win not only his battle with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma but for all cancers. Though Eric is no longer with us, we can continue his fight to cure cancer. It is Time2Win!!!
